Project / Product Manager (PSP Integrations & Platform Development)
We are looking for a highly structured and solution-oriented Project / Product Manager to lead and coordinate technical integrations, improve internal PSP platform processes, and gradually transition into a full Product Manager role.
This is a key position within our technical and operational ecosystem, requiring strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and hands-on experience with integrations in PSP / FinTech environments.
Responsibilities
1. Provider Integrations
- Organize and coordinate the full integration process for new payment providers.
- Analyze technical requirements, oversee API testing, and control integration timelines.
- Collaborate with the Head of Tech and integration teams to resolve blockers.
2. Merchant Integrations
- Issue API credentials and support merchants throughout the integration process.
- Communicate with clients to understand their technical needs and workflows.
- Configure routing and cascading within the system.
- Ensure accuracy of test and production environments during onboarding.
3. Client Technical Support
- Respond quickly to technical requests from merchants and partners.
- Resolve issues within SLA standards.
- Prepare preventive recommendations to reduce future incidents.
4. Integration Pipeline Management
- Assign integration tasks, define priorities, and coordinate timelines.
- Monitor workload and quality of delivery across the team.
- Maintain transparency through Jira updates and proper task tracking.
5. Work with Platforms & Orchestrators
- Collaborate with internal and external platforms
- Ensure stable routing and optimize cascading scenarios.
- Participate in discussions on API updates and technical improvements.
6. Internal Platform Analysis
Evaluate the current state of the internal platform together with the CIO and developers.
- Prepare proposals for architecture and process improvements.
- Report strengths, weaknesses, and risks of the current implementation.
7. Monitoring & Reporting
Prepare regular reports for the CEO and CBDO, including:
- Integration status and timelines for new payment methods.
- Number of active and test merchant connections.
- Issued merchant accounts and credentials.
- Identified risks and technical limitations.
8. Risk Management
- Identify technical and operational risks across integrations.
- Develop mitigation plans to minimize delays and errors.
- Maintain a unified integration risk register.
9. Cross-Department Collaboration
- Work closely with CIO, CBDO, Support, Legal, Sales, and other teams.
- Participate in daily/weekly syncs on integration statuses.
- Ensure smooth information flow between technical, compliance, and commercial units.
10. Change Management
- Coordinate updates to processes and documentation.
- Maintain Confluence and Jira — ensuring all documentation is up to date.
- Track and communicate all changes to internal teams.
11. Team Development & Knowledge Sharing
- Provide internal training on new technologies, APIs, and workflow changes.
- Mentor technical specialists and support knowledge transfer.
- Maintain and expand the internal knowledge base.
12. Process Analysis & Optimization
- Review current workflows and identify inefficiencies.
- Propose automation and transparency improvements.
- Contribute to Time-to-Market acceleration initiatives.
13. Quality Improvement & Feedback Loop
- Organize feedback collection from teams and clients.
- Analyze bottlenecks and propose integration process enhancements.
14. Strategic Involvement
- Contribute to PSP platform development strategy.
- Suggest new features and improvements for internal systems.
- Maintain and evolve the product roadmap for integrations and platform functionality.
Transition to Product Manager
After stabilizing integration processes and achieving full operational control, the Project Manager will transition into a Product Manager role with responsibility for:
- Managing internal PSP platform and product logic.
- Leading development of the Concept Pay product.
- Driving strategic growth of the company’s platform ecosystem.
Qualifications
Professional Experience
- 3+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Management, Technical Account Management, or Integration Management within PSP, FinTech, Payments, iGaming, or regulated high-risk eCommerce.
- Proven track record of managing API-based integrations, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering projects on time.
- Experience working with payment orchestrators (e.g., Corefy, solidgate-like platforms) is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work directly with merchants, providers, developers, and technical stakeholders.
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of online payments, including:
- PSP architecture
- routing & cascading
- payment methods & processing flows
- webhooks, callbacks, authentication
- Confident reading and interpreting API documentation (REST/JSON).
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Postman, Swagger, monitoring dashboards, and CRM systems.
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot:
- integration errors
- transaction declines
- configuration issues
- connectivity and parameter mismatches.
