Recruiter / HR Generalist
Due to the company’s growth and team expansion, we are opening a position for a Recruiter / HR Generalist.
The role will focus primarily on talent acquisition, as well as participation in the development of the company’s HR processes in collaboration with the HR Director.
This position will be of interest to candidates who want to grow not only in recruitment but also gradually expand their expertise within the broader HR function.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Primary Area of Responsibility)
- Full-cycle recruitment
- Collaboration with hiring managers to define candidate requirements
- Preparation and publication of job postings
- Candidate sourcing and headhunting
- Conducting initial interviews
- Coordination of all recruitment stages
- Supporting candidates throughout the entire hiring process
- Maintaining a positive candidate experience
- Participation in offer preparation together with the HR Director
- Supporting candidates until their first working day
Collaboration with Managers
- Providing advisory support to managers during the hiring process
- Assisting in developing candidate profiles
- Coordinating interviews
- Aligning hiring stages
Participation in HR Process Development
- Contributing to the development of recruitment processes
- Preparing HR documentation
- Describing processes and guidelines
- Participating in the implementation of HR tools
- Improving the candidate journey
Onboarding & Employee Support
- Participation in the onboarding process for new employees
- Communication with employees on HR-related matters
- Supporting internal HR initiatives
- Contributing to the development of employee experience
HR Operational Support
- Participation in HR projects
- Supporting the company’s HR processes
- Assisting the HR Director with operational tasks
- Preparing materials and information upon request
Employer Brand
- Participating in job publication preparation
- Supporting employer brand development
- Working with candidate sourcing channels
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong communication skills
- Proactivity and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Interest in developing within the HR field
- English level: Intermediate+ (B2) or higher
Would be an advantage:
- Experience in IT or fintech recruitment
- Experience working with international teams
