Marketing Manager
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for neobanking solutions across B2B and B2C segments
- Own and manage performance marketing, digital campaigns, content strategy, SEO/SEM, and marketing automation
- Build and grow the company’s brand presence, voice, and narrative across digital platforms
- Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to align messaging, support customer acquisition, and optimize conversion funnels
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance; optimize based on data and KPIs
- Manage relationships with marketing agencies, freelancers, and media partners
- Take ownership of the marketing budget, ROI, and reporting to the executive team
- Prepare to scale a marketing team — lead hiring and team development as the company grows
Requirements
- 4+ years of marketing experience, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or startup environments
- Proven track record in digital marketing, demand generation, and brand building
- Experience with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, SEO tools, etc.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset, data-driven, and highly adaptable
- Ambition to grow into a CMO role and lead marketing at scale
