Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for neobanking solutions across B2B and B2C segments
  • Own and manage performance marketing, digital campaigns, content strategy, SEO/SEM, and marketing automation
  • Build and grow the company’s brand presence, voice, and narrative across digital platforms
  • Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to align messaging, support customer acquisition, and optimize conversion funnels
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance; optimize based on data and KPIs
  • Manage relationships with marketing agencies, freelancers, and media partners
  • Take ownership of the marketing budget, ROI, and reporting to the executive team
  • Prepare to scale a marketing team — lead hiring and team development as the company grows

Requirements

  • 4+ years of marketing experience, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or startup environments
  • Proven track record in digital marketing, demand generation, and brand building
  • Experience with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, SEO tools, etc.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, data-driven, and highly adaptable
  • Ambition to grow into a CMO role and lead marketing at scale
