Contract Lawyer

🚀 TODA PAY is an international fintech company developing advanced solutions for digital payments, including both fiat and cryptocurrency transactions. We are expanding our team and looking for a Contract Lawyer to support key deals and assist in the legal formalization of partnerships with clients and providers.

We are open to both full-time and part-time candidates, with the possibility of transitioning to full-time.

📌 Key Responsibilities

1. Drafting and Reviewing Contracts
– Drafting and legal review of Merchant Services Agreements, Processing Agreements, NDAs, and other contracts related to TODA PAY’s payment platform.
– Ensuring legal protection of the company when concluding deals.

2. Supporting Negotiations
– Engaging with counterparties (payment providers, clients, partners) to align on contract terms.
– Collaborating with internal departments (Sales, Finance, Compliance) to account for all legal aspects.

3. Legal Consulting and Strategy
– Providing legal advice and participating in the development of contract strategy.
– Assessing legal risks and developing mitigation measures.

4. Documentation and Reporting
– Maintaining a contract register, monitoring deadlines and obligations.
– Preparing legal reports on completed tasks.

📌 Ideal Candidate Profile

✔ Experience: Minimum 3 years in contract drafting, negotiation, and management.
✔ Industry Knowledge: Understanding of card payment systems (Visa/MasterCard/AmEx, etc.) or a strong willingness to learn.
✔ Fluent English (B2–C1): All contract work is conducted in English.
✔ Bonus Points For:
– Experience in acquiring, fintech, crypto, or payment services in the European market.
– Knowledge of legal regulations in digital payments, crypto, and financial services in the EU.
